What is Included
You will be invited to a zoom call with Melissa Collins to go over the basics of the course. You will have access to the entire course via a free app that you will be able to access anytime at your pace. This course is not designed to do just one time but over a course of time to retain your brain and create healthy time habits.
The course will begin at the end of January and you will receive an email with all the details to get connected to the zoom registration link and the free app where your program resides. The group zoom will be recorded and added to the app in case you are unable to attend live.
